Review & Rave: Burt Bee's Hand Salve

Product Description:
A multi-purpose  hand salve made with botanical oils, herbs and beeswax, to help
combat dry hands, feet, elbows, and other areas if needed. This product is not tested on animals and is 100% certified natural.

Where I purchased it:
I got this at Rite Aid. But I think it is readily available at other drugstores, groceries, target, and other shops.  I got the large size, but this also comes in a mini travel size.

Price: $8.99

Product Size:
3 oz, 85 grams

Packaging:
The salve comes in a round metal tin can. It is very sturdy not too heavy and not too cumbersome. It keeps the product fresh and protects it from drying.  The lid easy twist off for easy usage.

Product Review:
I love this product. For me this is the best hand moisturizer. I get really dry and scaly hands, especially in the winter. I also get the pesky hang nails and my nails are more susceptible to cracking in colder weather.

I wear this at night because it is pretty oily. It takes a couple of minutes until the product absorbs into my skin, but it works really well once it does.

How I apply it:
I take a quarter size amount of the salve, place it on the back of my hand and spread it through. I also massage it onto my nails and cuticle area.

Ingredients:
prunus amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) oil, olea europaea (olive) fruit oil, cera alba (beeswax, cire d'abeille), helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil, lavandin hybrida (lavandin) oil, rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf oil, eucalyptus globulus (eucalyptus) oil, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) flower extract, tocopherol, rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf extract, glycine soja (soybean) oil, canola oil (huile de colza), linalool, limonene.

Would I repurchase?
Yes, most definitely.  In my opinion this is a must have product.  It does a great job combating overly dry and chapped skin. It also moisturizers your skin for a long time.

Product Rating:
5 out of 5

This is my second Salve purchase, and this is after 3 weeks of usage.
